We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the best places to visit in the city and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast brought to our room every morning at our preferred time. The location of the hotel was excellent, directly in the city center and close to the best pizzeria in town. it was convenient for transportation, with easy access to the airport.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is right at the city center, close to the historical quarter, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Guests mentioned that they were able to easily walk to the taxi stop on Piazza della Carita and to the city's best pizzeria. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-decorated, with some even offering a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure guests have a comfortable stay.

Charming hosts, helpful with everything. Brand new place, huge clean room with great shower and comfortable bed. Amazing city center location with small balcony overlooking a lively street. Bonus of airport shuttle.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, with basic amenities, lovely coffee, and a delicious breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is located directly in the city center, which is perfect for exploring. Additionally, the rooms are spacious with a balcony and new furniture.

I was amazed by how modern and clean Palazzo Della Porta B&B is, despite its old exterior. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a grand bathroom and balcony views. The location in the center of Naples was perfect. The airport transfer provided by the owner, Yaya, was so convenient, and she and her team couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast, consisting of coffee, juice, and a pastry from a nearby café, was a nice touch. I had an excellent experience at Palazzo Della Porta B&B and would highly recommend it.
